Special merit award in Light, Space & Time art competition

My Aloe Mawii and Knightia excelsa illustrations just won a special merit award in the Light, Space & Time online competition! These two illustrations were created about three years apart and even though the Aloe was done before I learnt any "real" botanical skills from the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh (RBGE) diploma, there is still something I really like about it.
